Looking back at my career, three themes have been constant: Technology, Finance, and Transformation. They shaped how I started in industry, how I moved into consulting, and how I approach the work I do today.

I began in finance and operations at Arvato Supply Chain Solutions, where I led my first large-scale program - an S/4HANA migration across two sites - and learned that most bottlenecks in a business aren't numbers problems, they're system and process problems. That experience pulled me toward the intersection of finance, IT and the people who have to make both work in practice.

Today, as a Senior Business Consultant at BearingPoint in the Telco, Media and Technology practice, I lead transformation programs where those three threads come together. My work spans process redesign and change management, program and project leadership across initiatives, and building automation and AI solutions that reduce manual effort so teams can focus on decisions that matter. I'm also part of the core team of BearingPoint's AI Networks initiative, shaping our AI solution portfolio and bringing it to clients. In parallel, I'm exploring how agentic AI and prompt-driven development change the way business solutions get built and deployed.

What I care about across all of this isn't technology in isolation. It's aligning stakeholders, designing transformations that stick, and helping organizations adopt change with confidence.
